^{the great hall is where all the feast are held. also your normal meals, breakfast lunch and dinner. when hogwarts have their feasts there tons of food from chicken to roast to mash potatos, pudding, gravy, buns, and a whole lot more. with four long tables for each houe and a staff table this is probably the largest room in hogwarts.}

^{the dungeons of hogwarts are located under the school going towards the lake. most people don't like it down here mainly because they think ever since professor snape died theres been a curse. down here you can also find the slytherin common room, also the potion room is located down here.}

^{the kitchens of hogwarts are where the house elves spend the day preparing meals for the staff and students of hogwarts. during the night it’s not as crowded down there mainly to the fact that some of the house elves are out cleaning the common rooms but it is a great place to come when you want a midnight snack. the house elves will make whatever you need no matter the time but be sure to ask nicely.}

^{this considerably smaller floor is home to moaning myrtle's bathroom, a forbidden room and the dada professor’s office. As you can see, a considerably smaller floor compared to the ground and first floors. most people think though this floor is considerably smaller it holds more interest mainly due to the forbidden room. it has magic done so that no student can get in, doesn’t stop them from trying though.}

^{located on this floor is the statue of the humpbacked witch holding a secret passage way into the middle of the busy streets of hogsmade, the trophy room, the caretaker’s office, and the Charms classroom. Also on this floor is argus filtchs office, watch out for him and his new cat miss norris the second. don’t get caught lurking on this floor or he will give you detention.}

^{located on this floor are a lot of unused classrooms. the only other thing situated on this floor is the vast library, full of books beyond your hearts content. the library is where most of the ravenclaws hang out in there spare time, but then theirs also the restricted section, full of books only the staff is aloud to use. oh, and watch out for the trick step!}

^{the staffroom and prefects bathroom are the only two things on this floor. prefects usually come up here during night to get refreshed and now a days sometimes they invite there friends in. the only way you’re getting in is if someone sneaks you in, you’re a prefect, or a quidditch captain. the staff can be found here during the day.}

^{on this floor you can find a girls and boys bathroom and also there is a secret passage way up to the seventh floor, not many use it mainly because there’s no point but its still there also most of the other classroom are found here.}

^{the seventh floor of hogwarts is by far one of the busiest floors and one of the most interesting. holding the rumored room of requirements. the room does not always show itself to those looking for it unless they have a reason. so many people go without ever seeing this room. on this floor there is also flitwicks office, divination, and an empty broom cupboard.}

^{there are five used towers and two unused towers in hogwarts. there’s the astronomy tower, the owlery, gryffindor and ravenclaw towers, and the headmasters tower. the two unused towers are open for people to go to be alone. the common used tower is the owlery for sending letters home.}

^{inhabited by the giant squid, the black lake is more like a small ocean, taking up almost half of the sprawling grounds that lay outside the castle itself. sometimes in the summer months students are found swimming in the lake cooling off in the nice water. don't worry - the squid is used to people invading his habitat and doesn't particularly mind, unless you hurt him. then, he has a tendency to get kind of mad, at that point you better evacuate.}

^{wizards, like any other people, enjoy music. it’s impossible to not have a certain high regard towards music, or anything that has to do with it. music has this way of soothing any soul, which is why in hogmeade there is this music shop.}

^{gladrags wizardwear is a clothing store in hogsmeade, founded in 1750. there are other branches in london and paris. it is full of quirky merchandise and appears to specialise in strange and unusual socks, some of which scream when they begin to smell!}

^{the station is located near the hogwarts lake, and from there a road extends around the lake to hogwarts castle. it is actually quite a distance from the village itself, being on the opposite side of the hogwarts grounds.}

^{honeydukes is one of the famous attractions in hogsmeade. it is a sweet shop famous for its chocolate and many wonderfully wild sweets. it also houses the entrance to a secret passageway to hogwarts.}

^{the decoration is very tacky and frilly and it is very hot and steamy here, it's also also very cramped. the tea shop is located in a side street off the main road in hogsmeade. it's a small tea shop owned by madam puddifoot.}
